oh well.. true... okay so before then... i don't think they had swords in 750 bc, but i'm not certain.... i'm not a major history buff here... but the point i'm trying to make, is that if others want to be so traditional, they shouldn't even be using half the stuff they use, so they shouldn't critisize people that do buy things lol
Wrong again morgana. Iron forged on coal or charcoal absorbs carbon and becomes steel. The Process of which you speak only made a certain type and grade of steel. The Eastern and Middle Eastern swordsmiths made steel before their was an iron maker in North America.

Have you heard of Damascus Steel. It was famous in the Crusades. Muslim swordsmiths folded Iron over charcoal fires and hammer folded it up to 1000 times to forge their blades. It was lighter stronger and more flexible than European blades and would hold a much sharper edge. The Japanese swordsmiths were even better than that. ;D
I hope my hood comes tomorrow, it should! and my rats should be shipped out on tuesday (i think), i hope my perches get here soon!
I want the gov't to hurry up and take care of my licensing! how hard is it to send it up there sign it, send it to portland, sign it, and send it back?? I mean you send it out with the days mail, it travels and then it reaches there the next day, they open it, sign it, and send it out with the days mail, since it crosses states it should take like 2 days to reach there, they open it, sign it and send it back, another 2 days to get here... it should take like 10 days...i've been calling everyday but robert fulton (the CA DFG licensing guy) never answers his phone!
**EDIT** I just check my e-mail and i got an e-mail from mike saying my bow perches will be shipped on monday!

oh well, I guess I am to late. I was going to offer to you since I have my own welder an option for you. I was going to get the steel and weld and paint but not wrap it for you for about $50.00. But you were going to have to wrap it yourself. Oh well just trying to help, but to late.
