Showing correct time for my time zone

How do I get the time shown on posts to reflect my time zone? (PST) Most forums I belong to have a way to change it, I just can't seem to find it here.

Click on your profile button. Once there click on the 'modify profile' button. The time zone option is towards the bottom.
