My dad knew nothing about falconry. But you dont need to know falconry to build a mews. If he knows building then just let him know what a mews must have.
haha yea my dad doesnt really care.... but hes a master at making stuff.. (got our 12x12x13 shed up in a week LOL ... and no i cant use it as a mews.. already asked!! ) but remember! hes bigger then you.. stronger then you.. and can use really big machinery... you will need his help most likeyl!
moredtailboy, isn't your dad taking you to NAFA. Sounds like he is involved more than a lot of guy's dad. Give him a chance. After NAFA he might surprise you. Also remember he doesn't have to do anything, he is the dad . Ooops was I sounding like a dad myself, sorry.

Take the time you used slagging off your father to learn how to spell. I'll give you your first tip now, you spell colour with a U.
He sounds like a cool Dad, may I suggest some larchlap type sides, and a covered plywood roof. Make the front from whatever you please (PVC coated chainlink on one side with door on other etc.) and have a sloping roof for drainage.
Have fun building it, and just imagine it with a hawk in!

Thankyou so much for pointing out my hurried nonsense, and it would be whatever colour that roofing felt happened to be.
DAMN!
