I am in Washington State. Just moved onto an 80 acre cherry/apple orchard. Have always been interested in falconry. Now may be the time to take the plunge. Not sure how to find a sponsor in my area yet.
I'm in Washington, too. You just missed a field meet. Maybe you can come to the picnic in July, though! Just curious, why'd you post in Missouri about Washington?

Hi Waterbug, I am still getting used to how to post on a forum. It is my first time How do I find out about the picnic in July and where is it. Thanks!
It should be the 3rd weekend of July, most of the day on Saturday, in Fall City. You can check the WFA website wafalconers.org for more info although it won't be posted 'til around June probably. Hope to see you there!

The true secret of giving advice is, after you have honestly given it, to be perfectly indifferent whether it is taken or not, and never persist in trying to set people right.
I live in KC MO and was wondering were and when the next meet is. Could anybody help me. I can't wait to get into falconry and am studying up on it for now. Would like to meet some people in the area into it. Thanks -Bryan
