Anyone use these for food? I was curious if , a) The bird will eat them b) If so, are they fairly rich like a rat, or more like a rabbit where the bird doesn't put on weight as fast eating it. I did read that they have an odor when thawed, like a rat does.
i have some i will be using for food for my rt. the guy i got them from uses them for all of his birds, he has a rt, some harris hawks, goshawk, an assortment of falcons and a golden eagle. im not sure about how rich or lean they are ill see if i can find out.
