My friend's apprentice bought a ring perch from Canadian Falconry over 1.5 months ago. One confirmation email that they got her order and now nothing. She's emailed a few times and no response. Does anyone have a phone number for them (the site, canadianfalconry.com only has an email form you can fill out) or know if they just take forever? Thanks.
Hey SimoneBird thanks for posting that for me! I was just going to do that today... The other thing is they haven't taken my money yet, but if I just buy a perch from someone else they will eventually take my money. There's no way to cancel the order.

I have heard they are backordered but that was hear-say. I ordered from them a few years ago, dont remember how long it took to get the stuff but never have ever gotten a response to an email.

After sending them an email two or more months ago explicity stating that I was cancelling my order, and did NOT want them to send me the perch OR charge me, I recieved the perch yesterday. Ugh! I bought a nice perch a looong time ago and I don't have the money to buy a spare! Besides the fact that I hate supporting this company that obviously doesn't know what they're doing. But if I send it back, I have to pay for shipping. And I may never get a refund, knowing how they do business. My sponsor may buy it from me, if not I'll sell it on here or ebay. Just know, NEVER buy anything from these guys, or any other company that doesn't list any contact information!
