Looking to invest in a nice quality gauntlet for my upcoming season with my soon to be trapped RT. I remember reading excellent reviews of Jim's work at Traditions...
Is his contact info the same? This is the info I have for him:
Traditions Glove, Jim Spohn 30469 S. Ditmore Road Worley, Idaho 83876 Phone: 208-686-1936
Or, if there are any other recommended glove makers or specific brands you all like I would appreciate it!
I was going to get my glove from my sponsor, but after looking at his stock I've decided I wanted to try for a traditions glove- if that doesn't work I will probably just go with what my sponsor has available.
Best way to contact him is to write a letter or make a phone call. He can send you his order catalog and fit instructions. Jim's gloves are very nice and you can't go wrong with a traditions , I've had 2 only because I lost one in the field. They are very durable and jim stands behind his work. CAZADOR falconry is also making custom gloves out of Bison and they do great work from hoods and micro gear to anklets and gauntlets. www.cazadorfalconry.com
Both have great customer service , attention to craft and beautiful work.

Just got it! Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend getting a glove from Jim if you are looking for a quality glove. Haven't put it to use yet but it is extremely well made and looks like it will hold up for more than a few seasons.
Here's a few pictures of my new glove from Traditions. I already had the leather and snap for the leash so that is the only thing I've done. Been wearing it to break it in and it is really helping.
