I was wondering if anyone who has experience with Telemetry and the packs used for the TX, could give some input on any brands that would be good for a redtail. On the side I fly first person view drones with wireless video, and was thinking of attacking a small HD cam on a backpack.
Marshall, i believe have the patent on back pacs. I've used 3 with birds. The camera you are going to be attaching is the the thing. There is a keyfob camera that's about the lightest wight of all of them.
Chris I think the Marshall's are the best ones out there. There are a few knock off designs but it's hard to beat the molded plastic that Marshall makes. $35 isn't too bad just make sure the fitment is right because the 'reinstall kit' is another $15 or so.
Folks have made cameras before for redtails, check out youtube. I don't know what models they used though.

Yes! I found the track packs on mikes falconry. Com , I should be able to mod it easily to fit a cam. I do have and sell try to use my key chain cam #16. It's pretty light weight and small with even the battery and SD card in it.
