You will recieve a list once your packet arrives, assuming it is like the NYS DEC packet, which it most likely is. They will give you a list of the licensed falconers in your state. That being said randomly calling people while looking for a sponsor isn't neccessarily the way to go about it. But definietly try to get in a falconry "circle" to chat with people and get to know other falconers!
