Okay everyone, I'm moving. I'm not leaving Montana, but I'm moving further west.
I need to know what I need to do to keep my falconry license. I'm thinking, that since it's still the same state, I'll be able to keep them, right? I won't need to build a mew immediately either, will I? I should have my licenses for the next three years.
Also, if I get a kestrel and I DON'T have a mew built, will I lose my falconry license if I get inspected?
Not sure what all my legal obligations and stuff are so fill me in. Unless of course, it ends up being state specific like so many of our regs are.
speaking of moving.. i want to get an apartment when im 18 (allow animals.. keep bird inside on perch in its own lil corner ) and well, when it says mews location... can i put my adress ofmy HOUSE? and have the mews like... miles away? lol cuz wouldnt that work?

matt yes that should work i'd think.... Sky, my friend just moved from his house. The state gave him 30days to have a new mew built at his new residence which was then inspected after 30 days.
