;D I got a mail order product list from Traditions Glove awhile back. Great gloves! Jim Spohn bought out Kalem's glove business. Everyone I know just raves about them. I put a a file on the yahoo group worldfalconry, but here's the address:
Traditions Glove Jim Spohn Rt. one, box 62 Worley, ID 83876
He has no site address. Call him and he will promptly send you a packet on his gloves and gear. I love his gloves and will be ordering one for my wife and another for myself real soon. I hope your not in a rush as he takes his time making them, but they fit like.....well.....a glove.... He also has Noble bells for $16 a pair, sampo swivels for $4 each and he makes on of the best hawking bags you can get for $150. I will vouch for his quality as mine (besides the gore etc.) still looks in pretty good shape. ;D

So, educate me guys... What's so special about Traditions Guantlets? Not that i'm going to buy one. Zach bought me a beautiful glove for Christmas and spent twice as much on it as i ever would have. But now you've got me curious.
They are made from a pattern of your hand so they fit perfectly. They are made from goat skin that has a durable, soft and strechable skin. The craftsmanship is excellent. All the stiches are very neat and sewn in a way that prevents those nasty "talon in the joint" situations. It looks neat and is a good price at $60 +/- if you want any extras or length added or removed. I plan on ordering one of their hawking bags when I can afford it.

That is a good price. It's considerably less than what Zach paid to Northwoods for mine, but i do have a nice glove (yes, i got on the web to see how much my son spent on me... i coulda killed him! ). I am making a new leather bag for myself. If you'll recall my last one was stolen. I'd like to see their leather bag. Any luck findinga web site, or should i call and order a catalog?
