Kind of an odd question, but it's been bugging me and I keep wondering if it would be successful. Can you cover a small remote control truck/car with roo leather (to simulate a lure) and maybe tie a piece of meat on it, then drive it out as though its a type of quarry trying to escape (rabbit, squirrel)? I dont see why this wouldn't work unless the small hum from the motor would throw the bird off maybe. Also when the bird hits the "lure", you could simulate a brief struggle by going back and forth with the vehicle underneath. Maybe im crazy but its a thought I had to put out there and see if it could work. Hm...
I am sure that your RC wouldn't last long with the hits from the RT. They do make lure machines that operate with a car starter motor and a battery. They run about $600. You can find them on the internet through your search engine.
Good padding is required more to protect the bird then the R/C truck.
Well mowed field also required.
The lure machines I've seen for sight hound coursing would also do it. But there is a very dangerous string attached to it. A 70lb greyhound won't be hurt by the accidental burst from the motor, your bird could suffer broken legs if someone/something hit the go button while the bird was on the lure. R/C truck or car is a much better idea.
I have a suggestion. Once your bird is going, GO HUNT! Builds fitness faster than anything else.
To be honest, I'm looking for a kite for my falcons and going to use it on the RT as well.

thats a really good idea cause i have an really goods rc car that can go 25 mph and that would be cool to find a field and let the hawk chase the car around the field and after a while the hawk catch it and get the food off of it ( i probably wouldn't go full speed ) i think that would be great excersize for the hawk.

I would suggest haveing your truck drag a lure, not BE the lure, if you get me.
I'm thinking that a female RT could go straight through roo hide, and smash it's talons into the car. I wouldn't risk it, just make the car tow the lure.

I have a bigger RC that can make it through the grass quicker, but do you think the RC would throw the bird off. Like, what the heck is that huge thing doing 15 ft. infront of the food?

Benj had a really good idea there.
Cover the RC car with something to protect the hawk in case he gets the wrong one. Camo might be good.
Connect the lure to the RC car with a break away clip like those used for kite training. A coil of lure line connected to the RC car that can play out after the bird hits the lure.
Drag the lure with the RC car.
Bird hits lure, stop car with out jerking and leg breaking.
For years we have managed to train the birds without the use of RC objects. I don't know why we would need them now. I have seen demonstrations with the lure machines that are made for falconry birds and they seem to be acceptable. I think one of the companies that make them is Maple Creek Coursing. A couple of my friends bought thier lure machine and it works fine.
