New to falconry wishing to learn more North Carolina

I've been wanting to do falconry since I was a small child but up until after mounths ago I had no idea it was something I auctaly chould do. So Ive read just about everything I can find online and am going to order some books soon but I was hoping to find a falconer to talk with or meet if they live anywhere near me (Western North Carolina) so if your willing to talk to and)or possibly meet please reply

Check your state Falconry Club that is the best way to get in touch with people and tag along on hunts. I am a little out of the way in Auburn, Al but if you're ever down that way let me know and I wouldn't mind having you tag along!
