Nice video! How does she hunt her bird? Off the fist or a tee-perch? It looks like there is almost nothing out there for her bird to perch on. Its a dream of mine to get my bird onto jacks, though it would be a five hour drive to do so and then I am not sure on if she would take them....but I have high hopes that she would. Great video!

This particular feild all the birds are hunted from the fist. Jacks are a good dream to go for but keep in mind that it isnt as easy as one would think. Jacks are tough cookies and if your bird looses confidence or never gets it you are in for a long season if that is all you have. Hopefully next year my Gos will be more interested in them.

I have seen my bosses gos blast off the fist get right over the back of jacks and stay with it but never put a foot on it. Is she pretty hot on bunnies? Do you fly ducks or pheasant too?
That field is too easy. Throw in some thorn bushes like I have here in NM. Tell Noah I'll help him load up his truck with them next time he is down this way.

lol.. They are much easier than what i see in your photos Jim. Glad I dont have to deal with that, Its bad enough having to run like a jack but to have to dodge all the thornie bushes would suck. We do have our share of choya though. That and the prickley pear goes right through my shoes so that is another obsticle I have to watch out for.
