They can send you your information either by e-mail or by mail. I personally went by e-mail and recieved a:
-Falconry Permit Application pdf
-Code of Alabama Falconry pdf which includes all the state requirements/state legislations/and laws on falconry for Alabama. See also www.outdooralabama.com/hunting/regulations/falconry.pdf
-Facilities and Equipment pdf (What you need in order to be inspected and certified by a representative of the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries)
- Acceptance of Sponsorship pdf
- Application Request Cover Letter pdf (As of 10/24/08, if you wish to pursue the acquisition of a falconry permit, secure a sponsor, fill out the application form, and send a check or money order made out to Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division for $7.50. This will start the permitting process where they can schedule a time and place for your written falconry exam and inspection of facilities and equipment. Once you have passed all the state requirements for a falconry permit, you will need to pay $100.00 permit fee to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. *Subject to change in the future*)
This is no Alabama Falconry website at the moment, so you will really need to call either the Fish and Game or Mr. Clay.
