A while back I looked up the washington state falconry game seasons and regs, and it said that the take per day was so many per species, and that the possesion limit was twice the daily limit for any species, so this would be about 6-8 total kills allowed per season for each species.
I've read on here about peoples birds taking mutch more than that in a season, (I look on here a lot but don't post mutch) so I'm kinda wondering if I read it wrong or if this state just have really low limits?
If your limits are say 6 and 12 (daily and possesion) you will be using some for food or hawk food. So if you've used 3 out of your possesion you'd now have 9 in possesion so you'd be allowed to take 3 more. Hope I've explained it if not, I'll try again. Kurt
