i live in Kentucky and have contacted the state dept. of fish and game several times and keep getting the runaround. can someone here give me any info on Kentucky falconry laws any info would be appreciated. bull
You can contact USFWS and ask them to send you the falconry regulations. In those regulations it list the states that have a joint venture with the USFWS to practice falconry. I am not sure if there are any states left that don't allow falconry. You can also look for a Kentucky falconry club and find out info from them.

I need to know where I can go to get a licence, and the fees and such as well. I was told the fees were $100 for the licence but I am not sure that was right or not...

Whoa! Throttle back Trintlord. First you need a sponsor and take the Falconry Test if you haven't done so. Which from the way you are asking for help tells me no. There is plenty of information on this forum to help you out just take a look around.
I used to think i knew some things. But i'm not so sure anymore.
Answering some of the Questions above. total cost is 175 USD 100 to federal 75 to Kentucky.
you do need a sponsor and a list of potential and willing sponsors package is always sent out to you when you call the state of fish and wildlife in Frankfort.
