Okay so a slight recap, Falconry is bigger in the UK and Germany than the United States, Germany is home to the worlds oldest Falconers Association, the DKO (Deutscher Falkenorden). www.Falkenorden.de is their homepage. I do appreciate your input Timmhawk, especially about calling Fish and Wildlife to ask for other falconers names, so thank you. I did receive the available information packet from Fish and Wildlife, only took 2 days to get here. Oh and I solved the issue about not being able to read german....translate.google.com and then whatever page I want to translate.
I have met a couple of hawkers in Murray. They come to our club meets in MO to hunt. If you want their names, PM me. Also, we have a falconer in our club who lived in Germany for several years. She might be a good contact for you.

Hello I am soon to be living in Lexington again I was a student in UK for my BA degree now starting a masters program in the Fall..
I will be moving in May and starting in the fall semester. I am trying to get a falconers license in the United States as I am living and hunting with falcons here in Dubai I am hoping I can bring my Falcon over into the United States and any legal advice I would love to learn so the sport of falconry will remain during my next few years in the States.
