I hunt most nights of the week at the local mall in Hurst. Your more than welcome to come watch the action! I usually hunt around 9pm with a few other falconers. My phone number is 817-707-3154

i live in arlington (my god...never thought a falconer could be in my city)
anyways, nice to see so many falconers live so close to me.

Wolf A lot cheaper than anything you could possibly buy in Cali. I know that good suburbia homes range in the 130-160k range Near San Antonio. Those outskirts type living homes are fairly nice but too cookie cutter for me. I guess it just depends on where you want to live and what you plan to do. I know of great places to live with lots of land but the problem is that they are pretty far from any city. So finding a job that pays decent would be the hard part. If you want more info you going to have to get more specific.
I used to think i knew some things. But i'm not so sure anymore.
What part of Texas? Then we can tell you prices. Honestly I have known one acre homes that start at $60k and I have known other one acre homes that start at $225k.
So whereabouts?
Never settle.

Sorry i know I asked a really broad question without much effort in research. However, the information the few of you gave me was kinda what I was looking for.
Its somthing i've been thinking about moving to Texas wise someday.
Better laws, Better hunting, country kinda people is my kinda place
Make sure when/if you move, you get what you want. Texas is a giant, you can find it if you look hard enough. Plus if you are anything like the people here, you can move every other week.
Never settle.

Texas is bigger than many countries. It has good areas and bad areas. It is city and it is country. You can be in the mountains, the desert, tall timber, prairie, plains and woodlands. You can be on the coast or at 7000 feet elevation. Someone can tell you about where they live and there not be anywhere else in the state like it. From swamps, wetlands to high country desert and cactus flats, Texas is where you are and what you make of it.

I am going to be looking for a sponsor, but first I would like to meet some people with birds get to know them and then hope I am worthy of a sponsorship. I would like to meet someone close to home if possible, mainly because Austin traffic sux.
Any help would be appreciated. email mmosl@hotmail.com

Locate Last Chance Forever, It is a premier BoP center just north of the airport in San Antonio. It is run by John Karger. They have website you can just Google it. Tiercel78 cut his teeth there and John and I have a long history. Yarak
