Okay so I need advice on where a temporary quail pen should go, I made a little model of what our backyard is like it's not that good but here it is
ok the giant red box is my house, now here is the setup, the brown area in the upper left corner is mulch and i cant use that area for anything
During the hurricane season our backyard floods, from the left of the yard to the right it slopes downward and the water floods almost all of the right half of the yard, it floods about 2 feet away from the house and it usually only reaches up to the trees. Where the fence is though at the very edge of the yard it will get up to 2 feet high.
Any suggestions where I should put a quail pen?

Maybe along the left side-yard. I don't know if it is the same a BoP, but the mulch could pose problems(asper) if it is the same. I have never raised quail but this looks the best to me with what you described. Because of the flooding on the right side.
Yeah thats what i was thinking, just 2 things there are no windows on that side of the house and the neighbors have 3 kids and they might complain about smell or something but anyother suggestions because thats probably what i'm going to do
also any ideas for a good design, ive seen the ones on this site and a few other but are there certain requirements that i have to have besides the obvious weatherproof and stuff
