The following are the rules and regulations of the forum. If you break them, you may receive a warning, you may not, you might be banned, depending on the degree of the violation. Apprentice Falconry Staff reserves the right to act upon any situation as we deem necessary even if not covered by the listed rules
Please note that every time you post your IP address is logged, as well as when you register for an account. If you post illegal things, such as keeping a bird without a permit, trapping illegally, etc., they will be reported to the proper authorities. Apprentice Falconry reserves the right to give your IP address or any information that can be attained from your IP address to law enforcement agencies if your postings deem it necessary.
Rules and Regulations
1) There is to be NO flaming of each other. No insults, nothing of the sort will be accepted. If you violate this rule, you will be either warned or banned strait off depending on the degree of the violation. This including trying to start arguments, or starting arguments continuously over minute things. If you are not flaming but your posts continually create issues with members you can be banned.
2) NO SPAMMING. Do not double post, Especially Single sentences, Do not post in topics that are irrelevant to your comment. In other words... do not post to raise your post count. If you think you will seem smarter with a higher post count your wrong.
3) If you are opposed to falconry, do not post your feelings here. Doing so will get you banned immediately.
4) Do not post illegal activity, or pictures of illegal activity. Doing so will get you banned from the site, as well as reported to the proper law enforcement agencies. If you go back through and read some of the posts, you will see that i do not have a problem reporting people who post illegal activities, SO DON'T DO IT.
5) If your posts portray a level of falconry that the general member's opinion of the forum does not feel is up to standards, you run the risk of being banned.
6) We reserve the right to make your account read-only, or ban you, if you do not post and act responsibly and show respect to other forum members.
Definitions
Warning- You will receive three warnings maximum before being banned. A warning consists of a written message of warning telling you not to do something again. It will be private messaged or emailed to you.
Banning- If you are banned, that means you have broken a major rule of the forum, and can no longer access it. Apprentice Falconry Staff reserves the right to send an official complaint to your ISP, which often ends with you loosing your current internet provider. You do not want to end up in the banned persons group.
