Well, as I mentioned my mews construction thread, I have had to go to plan B for my facilities. During the day when not bieing flown, the bird will be tethered in a 12x12x6 weathering area. I do not feel comfortable leaving the bird in there at night so she will need to come inside. I would rather not put her in her box every night, so I am looking for good indoor perching setups. I have some ideas from the modern apprentice, but I would really appreciated all of your input as well.

Just curious, why don’t you want to leave your bird in the weathering area at night? If it is safe to keep them in there during the day I would assume it would be safe at night also.
There are some very aggresive and clever racoons where I live. It probably would keep them out at night, but I'm not sure if I want to risk that.

You bring your bird down here to CT and I'll put you on some rabbits. That's the least I could do after all the help and advice that I gotten from the Maine falconers over the past few years.
and what about all the stuff that was in your closet lol i would do that but i have nowhere to put the things that are in my closed i dont have to big of a room
Smart move! Very clever. Coroplast is great stuff, I need about twelve sheets to redo the inside of my chambers. It will be plentiful after Nov 4th.. and free!

it was all trash anyways... besides, you really find out how much junk you have, if you (litterally here) take all it out, and throw it on the ground in the middle of your room... and sort through... (why did i have 5 empy ceral boxes??)
and i love getting stuff for free also bob!
Every 4-6 months, i get a call, go to my supplier, and get an ungodly large amount of coroplast for free, because its scraps they cant use for anything!
