Twice now my bird has cast a small mouse casting that is mostly yellow with bright green on one end. A few weeks apart. (I use the large, adult mice from rodent pro, white) Normally these castings are a gray, or sort of off white. Has anyone seen this before?
Did it manage to get a hold of the intestines, gallbladders, etc from the mice? Maybe it was something inside the particular mouse that caused the green?
Anychance the bird is picking at anything green in the mew. Like footing, or perch covering? If it ingested a bit of that, it would come back out in the casting.
