Somebody missing their raptor? Spotted a raptor with the “tether” still attached this morning as I drove to work. Looked like a red-tailed hawk or about that size. Didn’t see the tail and I’m no expert. Anyway thought I’d get the word out in case someone is looking. Location: Hart St. & Tunney Ave. Reseda, CA 91335. 10/29/07 Approximately 06:45.
