A falconer from a little ways north of me told me of this park/campground, he said he went there for an archery competition and saw hundreds of rabbits and he was planning on coming back to fly his birds there. I'm going to check this place out when I get back from Laguna on tuesday!
theres also tons of space around this park to either side that jus HAS to have bunnies in 'em.

make sure it is via permission.. the original person that aggreed to sponsor me got his licence permenatly revoked for hunting on private land without permission. Dont risk anything if you want to continue, just a suggestion.
Surely not if you have to break in. morgan said it was locked up pretty tight. I would not advent jumping a fence. There are areas that are private land that I can get on without crossing a fence or wall, so I am not saying do not hunt it. I am just saying don't cross a fence or break anything to get in.

Revealing hawking fields is the quickiest way to loose your spots. Dont ever forget that.
This is a mentality that we should all work to get past. I really dislike the idea that falconers are too selfish to share field locations, especially in AZ where there are like 30 of us in the state. Now I know that in CA there are a lot of falconers but all the more reason to share fields and work out a system for booking the field and managing the game so that the fields don't get over hawked. Anyway this is just a pet peeve of mine.
