Just because something is domesticated doesnt make it tame in the slightest. Tameness comes with handling and time. Go buy a domesticated lovebird and tell me that when it just bit the s**t out of you that it is tame!

Nope ferrets are illegal in CA no matter what! I have heard that they will actually come and confiscate them if they catch you. Doesn't matter what they come from
discovery is not seeing new lands, but seeing with new eyes
Ferrets are great, worth their weight in gold in my opinion. Unfortunately all the ones that I use are at my sponser's house, because my mum says that I'm getting a hawk, and not to push my luck about ferrets.
Yeah, Falco is entirely right. That guy knows everything. They are domesticated, but damn will they bite if they aren't tame. Anyone feel like going and finding a wild ferret and picking it up? You may just lose your finger in this experiment.
They are incredibly easy to tame however, just play with them, and they become tame. You can also feed them on just about anything, which is cool.
When through the woods and forest glades I wander And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze
