I think this is in the right spot - if not go ahead and move it. So I couldn't find any posts on New Hampshire laws, and I was a little confused on how to schedule to test. Do I need a sponsor to take the test in New Hampshire, or can I take the test first. I know it helps a lot in finding a sponsor if you've taken the test first. Thanks, Hawkwing22
I don't think we have anyone on the boards from New Hampshire (at least that posts regularly). Your best bet is probably to just call the state, get the falconry permit coordinator on the phone and ask them.

I don't know if these is state specific (probably is) but when I get my hunting license, do I need a hunting license and a small game license? Or can I just go for a small game license? I don't know if the hunting license is an overarching thing and then I need to put the small game license on it. I'm really not sure how this works, sorry if this is a stupid question.
I've never lived in NH so i'm not sure how their hunting laws work specifically. Generally though in my experience, assuming you're just hunting rabbits and squirrels, you just need a small game license and that is your hunting license. If you hunt waterfowl you need additional stuff. And if you want to gun or bow hunt larger quarry (e.g., deer) you also need additional licenses. Keep in mind you have to do the hunters safety course before you can get any hunting license.
