If you go the incubator route, look at some of the Brinsea models. I have the mini-advance and turn out about 12 at a time (fairly small scale).
Your feed variety looks good just remember that fire ants can sniff out those dried mealworms from a mile away.
Try to keep your male/female ratio in the males favor, I.e., 2 or 3 females per male to limit fighting. Bobwhite are the junkyard dogs of the quail world.

I have a GQF Incubator that I bought on Craigslist for $200 and it will hatch something like 1200 quail eggs at a time. I love it! I've never hatched BWs but I used to raise lots and lots of coturnix quail.

They seem quite content. I like that they actually get to scratch around and look for food. If you decide to release them later on the farm i bet that gives them an advantage over being raised on wire.

Oh , she's a beast ... Her pops might chime in here about her . Her Names Delta like the passenger plane for a reason 2 seasons prior to last he had some issues with terrible squirrel bites that got pricey fast so he set out last sept to trap a monster that wouldn't be as bothered by the inevitable bite . Her trapping story is pretty intense ( had to be trapped twice ) . When we got her off the trap I was stunned by those tree trunk Cankles she has . I thought our removeable anklets weren't going to fit.
