It is a very beautiful bird, but, being as the majority of members of this forum are in the America's, I really don't think we would be able to correctly identify it for you. I agree with "dac". It would be in the best interest of the hawk to at least look for someone local that can help you. A place that treats sick and injured wildlife would be best.
I do believe Africa has laws regulating possession of raptors, and you may want to look into those laws before spending any more time on internet forums announcing that you have this bird as it may be illegal. The authorities do monitor these boards, at least here in the states they do.
Well, this tail is certainly different. I'm thinking someone on the International Falconry Forum would be able to identify this bird. Have you tried asking there?
and i am intersted in raising this bird i loved it.
I don't blame you for loving it. It's very pretty. The bird doesn't appear to be in bad shape, from the pictures. I've seen far worse. Can it fly? How long have you had it?
by the way i am making jesses and prech and the other equipments of the falconer,
Glad to hear it. Please ask questions about perches, cuffs and jesses, etc. and a glove to wear. Maybe we can help you make the right things for your lovely bird.
but i am finding some difficulity in making a hood that fits my bird,
Well, many have trouble with that. Myself included.
i made one but it was clear that the hood does not fit its head,, ahhhh i don`t know what kind and size
It looks to me like an Indian hood would be the right type to fit its head shape. How big is the bird? How much does it weigh?

It's a tricky one. My mind says it's a Honey Buzzard, although, from the pictures, it doesn't seem like the wing tips reach the end of the tail, as it does in honey buzzards.... I'll keep thinking about it. Can you post a picture of the tail?

I'm having a hard time finding much info online or good pictures, but my guess is that it is an Immature African Hawk Eagle; Aquila spilogaster.
But I could be completely wrong
African Hawk Eagles are booted. This bird doesn't have feathers down to the feet. Plus, it seems to be a bit on the small side for a AHE. Otherwise, the underside pattern of this bird and the AHE are very similar.

I am almost positive that it is a Long-legged Buzzard (Buteo rufinus). They have many different color forms. They tend to have a red coloration hence its name (Buteo rufinus). Rufinus means red.

looks like a common buzzard for all i know, that or as star burst said its an African Hawk-eagle you decide
It is neither. An African Hawk Eagle is booted down to the feet. This pictured bird is not. A common buzzard isn't uniformly patterned on it's front, as this bird seems to be...
so what,,,, no body can decide what it is, please help.
i need to know what it is
If you need to know what it is so badly, you may want to check this forum a bit more often. I know that I have personally asked for a picture of the back/tail. Post a picture of the back/tail,and a picture of the front that isn't wet.

I would have to say the best and only person on here to ask is valkie. he is from africa and has the best perspective for what is out there. I can tell you it is a hawk of some sort not a hawk eagle. I really think that the best place to ask is valkie or the IFF for this one. most on here are from the US. I am sure you can find the anwser on those 2 spots but make sure you are legal with having the bird in the first place. if not give the bird up and get legal it is just better for you as well as the bird. at least you have knowlege of what you are doing after you are legal as far as I can tell from your regs.
common or long-legged buzzard, although the latter is unlikely. w do get commons with uniform chests. butm im not sure, the tail looks funny. some picks of the tail please, aslo a weigh if possible
