here are a few drafts of my mews, it plans to be 10*10 w/ an add on to the side for scale and equipment, it will be tall enough to where the bird can be put on the scale in the equipment add on. there will be two windows in the mews, one with a butchers block and one with a regular perch, the bath will be in the opposite corner. it will be 9'6" high with a slant going to 8'6"

ok well my parents descided that if i am going to build a mews in "their " backyard that they would get to design the looks of it. so they asked the architect who was doing our house if he would mind sketching a plan for my mews, so he did some research and created this awsome mews plan, and by it you can tell he did some research. the weathering is conected to the mews for a double door entrance, my only complaint is that I might want a bigger window
P.s. Please don't copy this plan without permission from myself.

Florida requires you to "Assure a good food supply".
I had some frozen quail in the house but when I was inspected the game and fish officer just asked where I would be getting food for the early training. I said I had some frozen quail that I had gotten from a local game bird breeder that I planned on buying birds from as I needed them. The officer didn't ask to see the food just wanted to know what my plan was.
I can't say it will be the same for you "better be safe then sorry" but I didn't really NEED to have food for my inspection.

On your application, in Texas it asked you about your food source. I however have not heard of anyone being asked about the food during the inspection.
