$50 plus shipping for dutch. I will probably be pretty busy by September but if you want to let me know some colors, I can make a few during the summer and just send you the one that will fit once you get the bird. In fact, I will probably make quite a few redtail and kestrel hoods during the summer so apprentices can get hoods fast during/before trapping season.

pretend your my wife, you dont want a colorblind guy dressing your kid, i never know what color sock i am putting on my girls.
altho i saw a hood you made with a symbol on the side, looked like the eye of Ra? dont remember, but that looked cool also, i am thinking a hood with bird skull or rabbit skull and cross bones?!
i still need to think os a name for the bird, i might do something like prince and use his name as the symbol.
those are easy to get here in AZ and they will carry a hawking stick to. you just have to go down to the street corner and hire one each day. if you find a good one they will meet you at the house
Waterbug, Do you make any other style hoods (arab back, khan, etc.), or just classic dutch? Not that I'm unimpressed with what your making, just curious. I am sure I'll be ordering one of yours sometime in the not so distant future.
The true secret of giving advice is, after you have honestly given it, to be perfectly indifferent whether it is taken or not, and never persist in trying to set people right.
