Hello, my name is Andrea and I am wondering if there are any members from my glorious state of New Jersey? I live in Hunterdon County, in a small town called Kingwood.
Hey, I live in South NH. I'm not a falconer, but I do sell local live quail. These are adults, and you can choose gender based on price. Flight quality is not guaranteed, but my feedback from the first few I sold is that they fly well. Price is negotiable, but will be reasonable. HMU if interested, Thanks.
Also, to contribute to the OP, red tail hawks are just about the only choice an apprentice has. Kestrels are harder to maintain and less hardy.

Hello everyone, yes I am new to this forum. I cannot find anywhere to formally introduce myself, perhaps you don't do that? Please direct me to the appropriate area if necessary. I found this post on location. I will be travelling to Wyoming in September I will be there for around 4weeks. I would love to meet someone who wouldn't mind showing me their birds and if possible maybe see them in action. Thanks very much all.

Hey alpineperegrine, im new as well and was trying to see where i can formally introduce myself. Hope youre having a greatone and hope to see these forums more active.
I live in Sun City, California, retired. Just passed my Hunters Ed. Test. Ready to find a sponser and get my Apprentice License.
You may be in a good area for it. Used to have the meets in Hemet, that means either a bunch of rabbits or a decent group of falconers. SoCal is difficult to find a sponsor from what I hear. Plan on attending the meets this winter. Your best bet. Do not wait to take your state falconry exam. It gives you credibility with folks.
