The war between the states is over. The north won. It was in all the papers, remember?
Personally, I don't care if someone is a reb or a yank as long as they like to drink beer and go hawking. I found the Texas hawkers to be a real nice group when I was at the NAFA meet in Amarillo in 2003.
Back on topic - I heard from my folks in central NY state that they got a decent amount of snow from that last storm (over a foot). However, they're not getting as much today as we are in CT (another 4-6 inches). I'd imagine Al got the same if not more, being up there near the lake and all.

We got quite a bit of snow but it wasn't as bad as they were saying it was going to be. It was a normal January storm. There have been worse around here... the plows could actually make it up the hill this time . We got about 18 inches or so and another 6 yesterday. The worst part about it was the wind cause that was friggen COLD.

Is anyone from upstate new york around the watertown area. I am leaving here real soon for Iraq and plan on doing alot of studying and such. I would love to meet a General or Master falconaneer(spelling I know) to talk with while I am over there, and maybe see his or her set up before I fly.
