If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music he hears, however measured or far away
Ok suggestion. Myself and at least one other put our level of falconry as part of our profile that is shown with our posts. I'd sure like knowing whether the poster is a pre-apprentice,apprentice grade one, apprentice grade 2, General, or Master or non-U.S. based. Not sure I have the exact terminology, past my bedtime.

Well there are 2 ways to accomplish that. A) Everyone could put what level falconer they are in their profile and we would take their word for it, or B) I could put what everone is, but then again, we are taking peoples word for if they are even a falconer...
My suggestion is if you are a falconer, put it in your signature.

I understand about having to take people's word. But I was suggesting also putting what level you are at. Nothing wrong with being a pre-apprentice or just wanting to learn. But one person puts licensed falconer on their posts....ok, but apprentice or master? Too many people on here for me to keep straight who is what.

What i meant was that if someone puts that they are licensed, we are going to have to take their word that they really are. Anyone can stick in "apprentice falconer" at the bottom of their posts

Everyone has different methods so no their is no thread specifically about training. I (being sanctimonious) have posted some significant and beneficial techniques that have proven results. The methods your unneeded sponsor may or may not want. So they probably will not help you at all. You know just a few of my 1000+ posts have any relevance anyway! Its out there if you want it. Not a question or a suggestion but I'd just like to compliment FB. The site doesn't have as many unreadable posts (by that I mean not so much internet talk). Things have settled down and we're back to our original members and I'm liking it. I know that most of this is due to FB doing some serious cracking down so thanks, you've done a great job lately!
I dunno if I really agree with Yolo being banned. Sure, he was stubborn, didn't listen too well, and was a bit suspicious, but I never saw him really attack anybody. And he really brought out the best in some of the members here (Beibhan gets M.V.P.). He asked alot of questions. They weren't always the most researched of questions, but I think you were a little quick on the ban, FB. JMO.
I'm new, didn't want to go through all the pages on this. Ok, at the top of this board it shows the path with folder icons to where you are. I'm having trouble making the second folder down, might be in all forums, can't be fixed or something. Like for instance, I'm in General and click General, it takes me back to index. Of all Boards not just General the areas in General you can goto. Have to move through it all to get back to that area. Third folder down works fine, that's what I'm getting at. Can the second folder be like the third? lol P.S. Have to see if my old old board is still up and try it out.

Heh, would delete it if I could. Yeah, got me thinking anyways and trying to see if it can't be done in the pb main support. Know there is a code to remove those folder icons but not change how they function....anyhooo need to start my website back up back to html/css land...
