Haha i have already plugged pineos gear a couple of times on here.
I ordered 2 Titanium Swivels 2 sets of Velarde Bells 1 Avatar Hawking Vest 1 Full Gauntlet (Custom made from a faxed silouette of my hand)
Am VERY happy with the equipment i got. It did take a little longer than i would have liked to get to me (2 weeks) but he did have to custom make a glove for me and i dunno how long that takes
The swivels are the best i have seen, and were REQUIRED by my sponsor. The bells carry for a LONG ASS distance. Over 300 Meters. The vest was also required by my sponsor and it basically 3 large hawking bags on a vest. Its simple, comfortable, and easy to manipulate one handed. The Glove fits like it was made for me (go figure) and is very sturdy.
Having purchased merchandise EXTENSIVELY on the internet i would give them a 10/10. I got worried after two weeks and called trish. She said the package should be arriving that day, and it did
I've been using a Pineo glove at work for over a year and a half. It's thick enough for our RT, but thin enough to feel the jesses. I wish it was just a tad longer, but other than that, I love it.
He seems very nice. I too never got a pic of the perch I wanted to see. The only thing he messed up was I ordered a RT sized swivel as well as a Kestrel sized swivel and both were Kestrel sized. He offered to let me send it back for exchange and make it right.
I like the idea of the titanium for lightness and strength.
So I will send back the one swivel and exchange it. I'm glove shopping so it's nice to hear about his gloves.

The glove i got from him is great. It has been admired by all i have shown it to. Plus, pineo don't make bad gear. The guy is a living legend. If it comes from him IMO, its quality.
Check out the marshall webpage about when they went to the Falconers Fair in the UK. Doug was there with his son, and you can see the complete LACK of gear they have left simply because it all sold so fast.
have you seen his hawking vests on there? He came up with that idea 13 years ago...it has been used year round for 13 years and there is not a scratch on it... He used it hawking, hunting, fishing, hiking, you know all that stuff and its still in amazing shape... i tell ya its awesome gear. We just finished putting all the electrical stuff in for his New shop, so he should be up and running here pretty soon.
I received a hawking vest from Pineo for christmas, and I can say it is top quality. Plus, the service itself is great. The vest was a little small, and he gladly replaced it by a larger one. I'm very, very happy with their service and I look forward to buying more equipment from them in a near future.
