After about a half-dozen orders from them, this is my first disappointing experience. I ordered a Dutch hood and a pair of bells on a Saturday. Six days later on Friday I contacted their service department checking on the status with this reply. "It has only been a few days. Please give it a few more days. There should be a tracking number in your inbox. Click on the link to track." The service I had to date was an email within three days notifying me of shipping. I can speculate that they don't keep hoods on hand and have to make them, or the bells or....
Bummer... They've always been on point for me. Maybe they are steam rolled by Christmas orders.
Next time you want to order bells try getting them from a Local TN resident, Larry Counce of Counce Bells. They are spectacular bells, and you can order specific tones and sizes directly from Larry. He tends to get them in the mail to TN residents in 2-3 days. He's a Good dude. www.councebells.com
